We went to Virginia to my parents house on Sunday night. We didn't get there until after 9pm, but Nana and Gramps had homemade peach ice cream and oatmeal raisin cookies waiting for us. The kids went straight for the pool after that and had their first night swim of the summer.

The next morning they were in the pool before 9am. It was beautiful weather..even though the pool water was a bit cool for me, the kids didn't mind a bit. Even Sarah Faith loved it.

We had burgers for lunch and my BFF Amy, her boyfriend Scott and her mom Shirley came over for lunch.

After dinner and Sarah's nap we had a bonfire with Smore's! Did I mention we ate ALL weekend!!

And of course no evening would be complete in Virginia without a ride on the 4 wheeler. All 4 of them!

It was a perfect way to start our summer vacation. Cant wait for many more summer memories in the next few months.
