Weekend in VA

My sister, Jodi who lives in Colorado came in to visit for a week, so we went to Virginia for the weekend to see her. The weather was HOT but perfect for swimming which we do a lot of at Nana and Gramps in the summer. We bought Miss Sarah Faith a new floaty and so she enjoyed the pool too. The only problem with it is she wanted to keep putting her face in the water and the float held her up too high...silly girl!

We also had family photos taken out at an old farm that has been in my family for hundreds of years. I am so excited to see the proofs. We have to wait for 3 weeks to get them, but I am hoping they will be good. It was 98 degrees when we got back in the car after the photo shoot so we may be a bit glistening in some of the shots! While we were out there Gramps gave Micah a tractor driving lesson. He was excited for that.
